MTV Celebrates 30 Years

Do you remember sitting in front of MTV and watching all the latest videos?   Every artist was trying to be more creative than the last because millions were watching!  In 1981 when MTV first started, my home town didn’t allow MTV to air, but the first chance I got, I was glued!  In the middle of the night I would camp out in the living room and throw a blanket over me and the TV just to watch the videos without my mom catching me up that late!  Now, again after 30 years, on July 30th, 2011, MTV is going to show us “MTVs Most Unforgettable Moments” starting at 6am ET/PT.  (http://internationalentertainment.blogspot.com/2011/07/vh1-classic-celebrates-30-years-of-mtv.html)

Check it out, and let us know what your most unforgettable moments are!

Tax Season is here!

The new tax season is upon us.

Be aware of all your tax documents being mailed to you in January and February.  Your W-2′s, 1099′s, 1098′s….etc.  These documents need to be in the mail to you no later than January 31st.  If you don’t have them by the end of February at the latest, you need to contact the company immediately.

Another thing to watch is the totals on your W-2′s and 1099′s.  If your totals don’t match your final paycheck, you should be sure to contact your employer to get your document fixed.

If ever you have a question or concern and you don’t know who to talk to….call me, I can help!
